We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The return request is submitted within 7 days of getting your order.
  • Proof of buy (arrange number or receipt) must be provided.

Please note: Customized, private-label, or bulk orders are non-returnable, but in cases of fabricating surrenders.
